Our young scientists lead the way at UTokyo! 🎓✨
Our Grade 9 students recently represented IISJ at the International Conference on Frontier Areas of Science and Technology (ICFAST) Tokyo 2026. This special event celebrated 40 years of Japan–India Science & Technology cooperation, and our students were right at the heart of it!
We are bursting with pride as our "Smart Walking Stick" project—designed to assist the visually impaired—received high praise from the scientific community and took home a prestigious award. 🏆
The highlight was a private 45-minute interaction with Nobel Laureate Dr. Kajita Takaaki. Opportunities like these define the IISJ experience, bridging the gap between classroom learning and global innovation.

At IISJ, we don't just teach from textbooks; we empower our students to be the changemakers of tomorrow. Our High School students recently took the stage to present their innovative AI projects, marking the culmination of our AI Mentorship Program in collaboration with experts from Intel.
From addressing global industry shifts to local community challenges, these students worked hand-in-hand with industry mentors to develop real-world AI solutions. We are incredibly proud of their technical growth and their ability to present complex ideas with such confidence.
