Delinquent Payment
In cases of serious payment delinquency, students will be suspended from class. IISJ will also withhold the release of grades, transfer certificates, and any other official record of attendance

Refunds
School Tuition, Registration Fee, and Bus Fee refunds will not be honored at any time.
Withdrawals
IISJ requires one-month notice for school withdrawals for any reason. If a one-month notice is not given, students will be charged a one-month fee of ¥60,000.
Bus Withdrawals
One-month notice is required. Students will be charged the full month if notice is not given.
Note: Students will not be allowed to take any exams until their payments are made in full for that period.
