A Remarkable Debut for the IISJ Debate Team! 🎤✨
We are incredibly proud to announce that students from our IISJ Tokyo and Yokohama campuses recently made their first-ever appearance at the KPASS Varsity and Junior Varsity Debate Tournaments! Hosted at ASIJ and KIST, our students stepped onto the stage with confidence and sharp minds.
Preparation was key—our teams underwent 16 hours of rigorous training with professional debaters to master the format. The hard work paid off:
🏆 IISJ Varsity Team: Secured 2nd Place Overall (sharing the stage with SIS and BST).
🥈 Aditi Paudel: 2nd Speaker Award (1st Place)
🥉 Devanshi Joshi: 3rd Speaker Award (2nd Place)
