Bicycle Safety Demonstration

In a thrilling event which included a car and bicycle and a truck, Koto-ku officials today demonstrated the dos and don’ts while riding bicycle. Elementary students were very excited and promised to follow the rules strictly. Please visit gallery for more pictures.
